Campos Lighthouse
The Campos Lighthouse is located on a hill approximately 120 meters high, in addition to being a maritime reference, it is a very pleasant place to go hiking.
The hike to the Campos Lighthouse is approximately 1.7 km and is completely paved, local people like to hike, run and cycle there.
It was built in 1906 and is only about 20 minutes from the Historic Center of Manzanillo.
The lighthouse was destroyed after the earthquake of June 13, 1932, was rebuilt and reopened in 1939, the current lighthouse is a 12-meter-high white tower.
The actual entrance to the lighthouse is only for authorized personnel (API), but it has some small viewpoints, where you can enjoy excellent views.
